How is Corporate Massage Paid For?

Corporate chair massage can be completely sponsored or partially subsidized by your company, or it can be set up with employees paying for massages completely.

How Does Billing Work?

Payments are made by credit or ACH transfer on the date of service. You can also pay by check if you pay prior to the date of service.

How Do Employees Schedule Their Massages?

Individual employees can schedule their chair massages online, so there’s no additional work for HR or reception to set up appointments.

How Much Space Does Chair Massage Take Up?

Our massage chairs are so versatile, we can set them up almost anywhere you have space. For each massage chair, plan for roughtly a 5×5 ft square space.

What Should I Wear for a Chair Massage?

Chair massages are fully clothed. Feel free to dress in regular attire. For a better massage experience, your therapist may ask you to remove glasses, hats or bulky jackets and sweaters.

Are Massages Done on a Table or Chair?

We give chair massage in a comfortable, fully adjustable massage chair. We also offer table massage services as needed. We can even accommodate a desk-to-desk massage service in which your employees remain at their desks while a massage therapist comes around to each person.

How Do I Pay for My Massage?

Payments are made online with a credit or debit card when you schedule an appointment. If your company is fully sponsoring the chair massage, you don’t have to pay at all!

How Do I Book an Appointment?

Once your company has opened an account with us, you can book chair massage appointments up to a year in advance through our online booking site using your username and password.

Where Will My Massage Take Place?

Our chairs are so versatile, we can set up wherever your company can squeeze us in. Before your massage program or event begins, you’ll get all the details about your massage program, including where they’ll take place.

How Long Does a Chair Massage Last?

Depending on how your program or event was set up, your massage could last anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes or more. A typical chair massage takes 15-20 minutes, but you can book multiple chair massage appointments back to back if you want a longer session.

How Early or Late Can I Book My Appointment?

You can book chair massage online anytime, 24 hours a day. Specific hours where chair massage is available at your workplace will depend on your company’s needs and how your program is set up.
